About Me

I'm a research scientist, interested in understanding how the complex landscape of drivers in health and disease shape patient outcomes in the pathologies of ageing.

I graduated with a BSc in Biomedical Sciences and an MSc in Bioinformatics from the University of Edinburgh. After graduating, I started work at the Anthony Nolan Research Institute where I developed tools and pipelines to analyse genetic variation in the MHC. Currently, I work at Wobble Genomics, specialising in long-read RNA sequencing for predictive healthcare analytics and biomarker identification in HER2-variable cancer patients.

Between working in meaningful science and data storytelling, I also enjoy playing lacrosse, bouldering, learning BSL, and lots and lots of sudoku.
